TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING
Once your booking is confirmed by us you are legally bound by these terms and conditions.

All fast boat services between Bali and Lombok, Gili Trawangan, Gili Air are NOT suitable for:
* Children under 1 year old
* Pregnant women
* People with heart or back problems or other physical impediments.

2. Cancellation or No-Show Penalties
Full price will be charged for any cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure date during low season (1st February to 30th June and 1st October to 15th December ) and 7 days prior to departure date for high season (1st July to 30th September and 16th December to 31st January)

3. Re-scheduling of your trip:
Should you wish to re-schedule your trip, this will be based on seat availability only and should be made 48 hours prior to your departure date for low season (1st February to 30th June and 1st October to 15th December ) and 7 days prior to your departure date for high season (1st July to 30th September and 16th December to 31stJanuary). All tickets are none transferrable between different boat companies. Failure to comply with the dates/times specified above will result in you, the passenger, losing all of your deposit/full fare paid.

4. Refunds
In the unfortunate event of a trip cancellation by your chosen operator, the operator shall be responsible for any refund of any monies paid by you, the passenger, direct to the operator. We, boatstogili.com are not responsible for any cancellations or refunds of any monies paid by you, the passenger, direct to your chosen operator. We, boatstogili.com will refund your deposit/full fare if your chosen operator has cancelled your trip and has informed us by written notice or email only. Until we receive this in writing we will not refund your deposit/full fare. Telephone notice from boat operators is not accepted.
If you, the passenger, cancel your booking, the deposit/full fare paid is NOT refundable.

5. Connecting Flights
All Gili fast boat services are classed as point to point carriers. We, boatstogili.com do not take any responsibility for any delays or missing of connecting flights. It is your, the passengers, responsibility to ensure you book the correct dates and times in order to connect with onward travel arrangements. If you miss any connecting flights, or, onward travel is void due to fast boat service delays, you must take this up with your chosen fast boat operator.
All Gili fast boat services are classed as point to point carriers. We, boatstogili.com do not take any responsibility for any delays or missing of connecting flights. It is your, the passengers, responsibility to ensure you book the correct dates and times in order to connect with onward travel arrangements. If you miss any connecting flights, or, onward travel is void due to fast boat service delays, you must take this up with your chosen fast boat operator.
6. Booking & Amendments
All reservations will be processed within 24 hours providing you have completed the reservation form correctly. Should you, the passenger, wish to make any amendments to your reservation after your booking is confirmed via email by us, boatstogili.com, it is you, the passengers, responsibility to inform us within the times stated in section 3.
In order to confirm your booking we require the full balance to be paid as stated on your invoice. We no longer accept deposits to confirm bookings.

7. Payment Method
Boatstogili.com does not accept any payments via Credit Card (CC). Boatstogili.com only accepts payments via international bank transfer (wire) or PAYPAL. Once we have secured your seats aboard your chosen carrier on the dates you requested you will receive an invoice from boatstogili.com. Please pay this invoice within 24 hours. Failure to pay this invoice within 24 hours will result in your seats being cancelled and you will have to complete the booking process over again.

When confirming your booking, please provide us with your details as requested on the invoice: Full Name, Nationality, Passport Number, Place/Date of issue and your hotel address (for your pick up) and hotel phone number you are staying in at Bali, Lombok or The Gili’s. Failing to provide any of this information will result in delays regarding your booking. We, boatstogili.com cannot be held responsible for any delays due to lack of information provided by you, the passenger.

8. Essential Travel Documents
Each visitor to Indonesia should acquire the relevant visa to enter the country and should have at least 6 months validity beyond the designated date of departure. In addition, visitors to Indonesia are required to have either a valid return or onward ticket.

WARNING: Do not get involved with illegal drugs. Possession, trafficking and manufacture of any illegal drugs are serious offences in Indonesia. The Indonesian authorities have a zero-tolerance policy and those caught face lengthy prison sentences or the death penalty.
Always carry a photocopy of the relevant pages of your passport and a copy of your arrival card for identification purposes and keep the original documents in a safe place. It is an offence not to carry photo identification in Indonesia. Never give your original passport as a deposit for anything.
9. Liability
Boatstogili.com holds no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damage to your computer caused by viruses/malicious software that may be passed during the e-mail or data transmission between any users of boatstogili.com. All our devices are protected with anti-virus/anti-malware software and are scanned regularly.

10. Law of This Agreement
Should any legal action be taken in relation to any breach of this agreement, it will be conducted in accordance to the laws of The Republic of Indonesia.

11. Additional Terms and Conditions
Boatstogili.com acts as a booking agent of the fast boat service providers listed on our homepage. These companies have their own terms and conditions of carriage other than those mentioned here. Therefore, additional terms and conditions of your chosen carrier shall apply.

Boatstogili.com shall not be held responsible for any accidental loss, injury, death or other misfortune while travelling with any of the operators’ mini-vans or vessels listed on this website.
